What to Know Before You Come In.

Membership medicine works differently from the insurance-based care most people are used to. Below are the questions we hear most often from new patients: what the consultation covers, why we ask for a 12-month commitment, and how we handle care when something comes up suddenly.

Why Is There A $475 Initial Consultation?

It’s a one-time, in-depth evaluation with Dr. Nedeau covering your history, symptoms, goals and labs. It becomes the foundation of your personalized plan and secures your place on her schedule.

Why A 12-Month Commitment?

Longevity care takes time to show results. Twelve months gives your care team room to treat root causes, track progress and adjust your plan.

How Do I Stay In Touch With My Care Team?

Members can message the team directly with questions about symptoms, labs or medications, without booking an appointment.

Can I Transfer My Hormone Therapy?

Yes. Dr. Nedeau will review your current regimen and labs at your initial consultation, then continue or adjust it, including bioidentical options.

Can I Be Seen If I Get Sick Suddenly?

Yes. Members can get acute care in the clinic Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, for UTIs, infections, sprains, minor cuts and asthma flare-ups. For emergencies, call 911.
